Error with Remove Duplicate contacts, Can't run the add-in

Charlene Messages: 2 Registration: 6/12/2012	#1 0 6/12/2012 5:11 AM Hi, I downloaded the add in to remove duplicate contacts, but when I click on it, a message appears saying "Can not create outlook runtime loader. Can't find setup. Failed to load Outlook addin with code: 0X80131602". What can I do? thanks

Try to install .NET using the download page at Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=17851 After that you can try to re-download and re-install our runtime using the download page: http://www.outlookfreeware.com/en/runtime.aspx

Brian Petros Messages: 1 Registration: 7/15/2012	#5 0 7/16/2012 10:13 PM I'm having the same problem. I updated the .NET framework and re-installed the Runtime, but am getting the same error message. Any idea what the problem is? I'm also running Windows 7, Outlook 2010.
