Your question is not related to Duplicate Outlook Items Report. As for you question: you can use our Export Messages to MSG Format tool. After installing it you will be able to select required messages and export them to any folder by right-clicking those messages and selecting OutlookFreeware.com -> Run... in context menu. You can also customize this menu to be able to do it in one click. Just select Customize... and mark Export Messages to MSG Format utility as a Favorite (with a blue star). After that you will find this tool right above the Run... context menu item.
