I am not sure I understand the plugin:send messages personnaly.
Is this for sending all the files in outlook to others. Or to send a message to several people, seperated? I have downloaded it, but I don't understand it and I'm afraid to run it.

This tool is for sending message to several people. You just add as many recipients as you want to "To" and save the message. After that you run our tool against this message and it produces separate message for each individual recipient. So none of them can see others.

Outlook Freeware,
I downloaded the "SMP" utility and while trying to figure out how it worked. I sent a note from a year ago out. A big Opps!
I can't figure out how it happened nor how the individuals were picked! I ended up replying individual to each one, UGH!
Without a tutorial I can't comfortably use this utility.
How do I uninstall this utility?

D. Cardinal, you just click New E-mail button in your Outlook, add recipients to To box and select Send Messages Personally from OutlookFreeware's Run button's menu. That's all!
To uninstall this utility you just delete it using Utility Manager (button in the right upper corner of the application's window) in the standalone application (run from Windows' S.

Hello, I've recently downloaded this plugin and its working very good. I want to add that it doesn't seem to work whith already send messages but instead you have to compose a new one.
These are the steps:
1. Compose new message
2. Add the recipients
3. Click on the 'outlook freeware' tab
4. Click the Run button
5. Select 'Send Messages Personally'
6. Click Run
After that you should see outlook starting to send mails '1 of 65' ...

By the way, you can reduce the number of steps by adding Send Messages Personally utility to favorites on new message window. Moreover, you will be able to add "Send Messages Personally" button on any tab then (say, Home). This will shorten the procedure to 3 steps only: compose, add recipients, click "Send Messages Personally" button.

Hi. I do a lot of mass emails using the mail merge feature in word. While it so far has been working for me, I was looking for something simpler with less steps. One of the big disadvantages is that my sent items folder swells up and I can't find a simple way to delete the sent messages.
I was looking into this add on but it is not realistic for me to use the address book. The mail merge I am performing is by category. Is there a way I can choose this to send the message based on category. Also can duplicate sent messages (same msg to multiple email addresses) be deleted after it's sent?
