Example:
User has Outlook Auto Archive Turned on. He has at one time copied the autoarchive to a new file and outlook created a new AutoArchive.pst
Outlook.pst contains items for the past 6 months ex. from Oct-2011 to Apr-2012 (Items spanning 2011 & 2012)
Archive.pst contains items from Jan-2010 to Sep-2011 (Items spanning 2010 & 2011)
OldArchive.pst contains items from Aug-2009 to Jan-2012 (Items spanning 2009 to 2012)

I need to be able to designate ALL of these PST at one time as the source and then designate the target folder to create (or using existing) PST files based on either 1/year 2/year) and designate the begin and ending years to process.

The result would be that all the items in the source Outlook PST's would be re-combined into PST's for each year (in the case of 1/year) or for each half year (int the case of 2/year)

The ability to re-use the target files should be available for when you need to re-process the Outlook.pst later in the year and you need to move data for the year into the correct target PST.

This functionality seems to be available independently with the spit and merge tools. It just needs to be combined with a few other log options. I have it listed as #1 and the email address is info1.... yet, as you can see the info is an "I" so down in the middle someplace.
How can I set up this contact choice so that the "FILE AS" column is the sorted column and comes up first?
I can't seem to get it changed from "NAME" as the first and sorted column!!!! UGH.

Don't you plan to make a utility for exporting Outlook's profiles with all settings to a file (best in xml format) ? It would by very helpful in situations like reinstalation of OS, moving outlook to a new computer and so. Even in case this utility wasn't able to decrypt paswords, it would save a lot of work anyway. since few weeks I'm looking for a solution to synchronize outlook 2010 on different computer.
I want to have the same folder structure on my 3 outlook, and every time I move a message to a folder it will be done on each other computer.

I found different software which seem to go in this direction, but I'm looking for a cheaper solution!

Скорее всего, это связано с небольшим изменением размера изображения при сохранении календарной заметки Outlook 2010. В Outlook 2007 такой проблемы не было, изображения чёткость не теряли.
