This major update to all Outlook add-ins improves compatibility with the latest Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11 versions and updates. It also introduces fixes to EML/EMLX converters and PST data file management.

The latest update to OutlookFreeware Utilities provides improvements to EML conversion and brings five new converters to Microsoft Word DOCX document format:

• Export Outlook to DOCX Saves emails from selected Outlook folders to .docx files.
• Convert PST to DOCX Converts email messages from PST data files into .docx documents.
• Convert MSG to DOCX Transforms Outlook .msg files to .docx Word documents.
• Convert EML to DOCX Converts EML and EMLX email format into Word DOCX.
• Convert MBOX to DOCX Extracts messages from MBOX email databases to Word documents.

The new version of OutlookFreeware Utilities is fully compatible with Microsoft Office 2021 and Windows 11!

New features include the Convert TNEF to MSG utility: Winmail.dat, ATT00001.dat and other TNEF attachments decoder to .msg files. After the conversion you can easily open resulting MSG files in Outlook.

It also enhances the existing functionality, improves performance, and fixes all reported issues.

The new utility this time is an Outlook Message Statistics Report.

We also improved compatibility of all our utilities working with Adobe PDF format with the latest Microsoft Office versions.

Version 4.17 is the recommended update. It contains all the necessary fixes to be as compatible as possible with the latest Outlook versions. Now there are 172 free utilities available on our website for every Outlook user, including 10 new utilities:

• Two converters: MSG to MBOX and MBOX to PDF. These converters complement our lineup of tools for working with MBOX format and MSG files.
• Two utilities for notes: Import Outlook Notes from Text Files and Export Notes to Text. Useful tools for migrating sticky notes from other programs and backing them up.
• Outlook Contacts Report allows you to export contacts to CSV files using the advanced version of the utility.
• Three utilities for extracting fields, headers, and properties: Save Outlook Item Fields, Save Fields from MSG Files, and Save Fields from EML Files.
• Two universal reports: Report on MSG Files and a Report on EML Files. They allow you to extract the values of any headers and properties from EML files and MSG format.

All utilities have improved the performance of PST data file processing. As usual, advanced versions of the utilities provide even more features and command-line support.

The new version provides enhancements to many areas of the product. Specifically, we've improved the compatibility with the most recent Microsoft 365 desktop versions. In this version, all tools for converting, importing and exporting MBOX files are more compatible with Google Takeout. The product is now doing much better with secure SMIME email messages. Duplicate removers and finders were also improved for better detecting duplicate recipients. We've also updated many other utilities to make even more fast and reliable.

Even more utilities, reliability, and performance in this update. 165 free Outlook add-ins and utilities are available now! We've released five new converters to safely convert Outlook PST data files to other formats:

• Convert PST to EML for migrating messages to .eml files used by many email programs.
• Convert PST to MBOX to get mbox email database files for Thunderbird, Gmail and other mail systems.
• Convert PST to MSG extracts Outlook items into separate .msg files, increasing storage reliability.
• Convert PST to PDF converts Outlook emails into Adobe PDF documents.
• Convert PST to HTML produces .html email files to store mail archives easily and search them quickly.

All of these utilities allow you to convert even those PST files that aren't connected to your Outlook profile.

Following numerous requests from our users, we have significantly improved compatibility with the Windows XP and Windows Vista operating systems, as well as the Windows Server 2003 (R2) and Windows Server 2008 (R2) server OS.

Major update to version 4.14 incorporates tons of great features and enhancements. We've made the product more compatible with MacMail and Zimbra file formats, fixed all issues and improved performance. Also, four new utilities:

• Universal Email Address Report and Universal Address Book Report complement the family of our Universal Reports you can use to extract any low- and high-level data from Outlook.
• Save All Address Properties and Save All Address Book Properties will assist you in determining the set of available properties and their values in Outlook address books.

Utilities for importing EML to Outlook, converting EML to PST and other EML to MSG/PDF/HTML converters got support for OLK14MSGSource and OLK15MSGSource formats.

New macro features of advanced version include support for more utilities, new ADDRESS macro allowing you to show the Outlook Address Book entry being currently processed and COMPANY format for address macros like TO, FROM, etc.
