How to Perform Mail Merge with Attachments in Outlook?

This tutorial shows you how to bypass the Microsoft Word and Outlook Mail Merge function limitations and run the mail merge with attachments from specified folder on your drive or network share.

  1. Download and install the Mail Merge with Attachments utility.
  2. Start OutlookFreeeware.com Utilities from Windows Desktop or Start Menu.
  3. Select a CSV data file for mailing:

    You can create this file in Microsoft Excel. The first row of the table must contain headings while remaining rows contain data (one row per email).
  4. Select a message template file (OFT or MSG).
  5. Make the recipient address from one or multiple data fields.
  6. Specify the folder with attachment files on a disk or network share:
  7. Run the tool and wait until it finishes.
  8. In the end, you can see the number of created ready to send messages.
