upgarde outlook pst file
I have an Outlook PST file that stores data up to 2GB, after which there is no mail. There is no such thing which will help to extend its limit or be unlimited.
Antoine Oliver,

The 2GB limit applies to ANSI format .pst file. This format was used in Outlook 2002/XP or previous.
You can create a new PST file if you have a newer Outlook.
By default, a Unicode .pst can grow as large as 20GB in Outlook 2007 and 50GB in Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and Office 365.
You can use Export Outlook Items to PST File utility to copy all items to a Unicode PST file.
this is very simple, you can easily search google there are multiple pst to pst converter software, but only few tools works with outlook 2013 and outlook 2016. i check a tool with outlook 2016 only this tool is working fine with outlook 2016.
Open MS Outlook in your system Click on Home tab and then on the down arrow button Go to More items and select Outlook Data File Save the file with different name at specific location that is easy to browse Go to File and click on Import and Export button A new dialog box will open, select the option ‘Import from another program or File’ and click Next In the next window, select Outlook Data File (.PST) and then Next button Browse for the ANSI PST file you created/ or available in older version and click Open
Creating PST file in ANSI format is very easy. Users can simply save the file in older version and the MS Outlook 2016, 2013 and 2010 will be created. Check out the steps to create ANSI PST File
Open Outlook in your system
Click on the Home button and then select New Items
Click on the down arrow button then More items and select ‘Outlook Data File’
Go to File and Click on Save As option
Now select the Outlook Data File and move to ‘Save As Type’
Under the Save as type option, select ‘Outlook 97-2002 Data File (.pst)’

Hope this information is helpful to you
Try this to upgrade PST files
Microsoft Outlook has a built-in Import feature which you can use here. By using this feature, you can copy almost everything from the old ANSI PST file into a new Unicode PST file. But before you can do that, don’t forget to take the backup of your original PST file(s). And then you need to follow these simple steps:
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your system. Click the File tab on the taskbar > Open > Import.
On the Import & Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file in the options. Click Next to continue the process.
On the Import a File dialog box, select the Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next to continue the process.
Now browse the location where old ANSI PST files are stored. Select the PST file (one file at a time) and click Open.
On the Import Outlook Data File dialog box, you need to select the mailbox folder(s) to import from.
Finally, click the Finish button to start the process. It may take some time to be successfully completed.

Let me know if this works for you!

I totally agree with the fact of @Antoine Oliver

By default, a Unicode .pst can grow as large as 20GB in Outlook 2007 and 50GB in Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and Office 365. If the old PST won't open in Outlook you will need to repair it before you can convert it.
You need to update Outlook to the latest version, I did that and it worked for me. It`s probably still possible to convert this file. Be careful as not to rename the extension to .pst files or any other files. This won`t change the file type. Only a special conversion program can change a file from one file type to another. So far this`s all the options I know of, but you should also look it up, there`s probably something more to it for sure. I'd also advise you to use this https://revenuegrid.com/revenueinbox/s...dashboard/ tool when working with Outlook. Especially if you are in sales, it helps you a lot to automate your processes.
