The description of "HIde Fax Numbers" states that this utlity "Hides fax numbers in the Select Names dialog."

I'm not sure what dialogue that is. The utility appears to simply insert "Fax: " before the contents of any field that is labeled as containing a fax number; those numbers still appear in the address book, in the resolution of names entered in the To: field, and in the contact records.

Can you please describe in more detail what "Hide Fax Numbers" does and what the effect should be?

Outlook Freeware Messages: 323 Registration: 10/22/2007	#3 3/29/2012 10:40 AM Michael, it actually prefixes fax numbers and Outlook will not show these numbers as separate address book entries in the "Select Names" dialog (Outlook shows this dialog when you click on "To", "Cc" and other email fields). If you want to completely hide fax numbers, just set "Completely hide fax numbers" option. The operation can always be undone by using the Unhide Fax Numbers utility.
