Hello! Why can you no longer specify a date range? The option is missing even though it says it should be there.

My Outlook Inbox has dozens of folders used to store emails from various companies and individuals. Will the import of the PST file into Outlook 365 preserve the folder structures and their contents?

Yes, Import PST to Outlook will preserve the folder structures and their contents.
Follow the below-mentioned steps :-

Move using the Move to Folder option
Select the item you want to move.
On the Edit menu, click Move to Folder.
In the Move Items box, click the destination folder, then click OK.

- Select the item you want to move by holding down the right mouse button (or the alternate mouse button if you're using the mouse with your left hand).
- Drag to the destination folder and release the mouse button.
- When the context menu appears, select Copy.

- Select the item you want to move or copy.
- To move, right-click and select Cut. To copy, right-click and select Copy.
  1. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut.
  2. To copy the item: click Ctrl+C.
  3. To move the item: click Ctrl+X

- Navigate to the folder where you want to move or copy the item, and then click Ctrl+V.
