Message duplicates appear in Microsoft Outlook for several reasons: POP3, IMAP and other servers' failures, synchronization issues, accidental message copying in the same folder and so on. This utility is an efficient way to get rid of dupes.
It is always possible to reverse the duplicate removal operation if you are working with personal storages. Because you can always command the tool not to delete duplicates permanently moving them into Deleted Items or other folder instead. Original Outlook folder structure is being kept and you can always move your duplicates back. This makes the whole process absolutely safe and restorable.
