How to Export Outlook Auto-Complete List?

Short step by step tutorial demonstrates how to backup Outlook AutoComplete Cache or export it for migrating to another computer.

  1. Download and install the Export Auto-Complete Lists utility.
  2. Start OutlookFreeeware.com Utilities from Windows Desktop or Start Menu.
  3. Press the Configure... button and select the required Outlook profile and specify one or more mailboxes or data files:

  4. Specify the target folder for resulting auto-complete list files:

  5. Run the tool and wait until it finishes.
  6. In the end, you will see the number of exported addresses and path to the resulting XML file:
