Richard Stock,
Hi, Jouri,
No, I don't have "show diagnostic information" checked, only "search duplicates across folders".
Also, once it reports my duplicates, why don't I have an option to delete all but one of each set? Is this only to get a report?
Thanks
Richard

The report after scanning hundreds of emails is very much spread across the report box. Email addresses are listed in the first column on the far left margin of the box and everything else are in columns on the FAR right side of the box and I cannot drag those columns to the left to be viewed all together. I tried dragging the vertical bars in each column but they won't "stick". So far the results are rather disappointing and useless in this form. Can you assist?
Also, I don't see the option to create another folder to put the deleted emails in as a back up. Where?
thank you
Richard
