Save Email Addresses

I tried installing the Save Email Addresses on a Win XP PC but repeatedly keep getting a BSOD with the following message: Stop: c000021a {fatal system error} The windows SubSystem system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x7c9106c3 0x0069ec24) The system has been shut down. Prior to installing the above program I installed the Microsoft .Net 4 and then the outlookfreeware runtime installer. Any idea why this may be happening? Cheers, Zubin
