If you need to save emails as PDF, there are a few simple ways to do it. The exact steps depend on the email service or client you're using.
Outlook
Open the email and go to File > Print, or press Ctrl+P. Select Microsoft Print to PDF from the printer list, click Print, and choose where you want to save the PDF.
Gmail
Open the message, click the three dots in the upper-right corner, and select Print. In the print window, choose Save as PDF as the destination, then click Save.
Thunderbird
Open the message and select File > Print or press Ctrl+P. Choose Print to File or your computer's PDF printer, select the PDF format, and save the file to your preferred location.
Apple Mail
Open the email and select File > Export as PDF if your version provides that option. You can also choose File > Print and use the PDF option in the print window to save the message.
Proton Mail
Open the email, click the three-dot menu, and select Print. From the print dialog, choose Save as PDF on Mac or Microsoft Print to PDF on Windows, then save the file.
For bulk email conversion
The built-in print option is convenient when you're saving a few messages, but it isn't very practical when you have hundreds or thousands of emails.
In that situation, you can use a dedicated tool such as Kernel Email to PDF Converter. It supports email formats including PST, OST, MBOX, MSG, EML, and EMLX and is designed for converting multiple emails to PDF. This can save a lot of time compared with processing every message manually.
Keep in mind that the normal print-to-PDF method mainly saves the email itself. Attachments are usually kept as separate files, so you'll need to convert them separately if you want those files in PDF format too.
For occasional conversions, the built-in PDF printer is usually all you need. For larger email archives, a dedicated converter can make the job much easier.

After using multiple tools i can say that i ended up using kernel's Email Converter it was very easy to use and its free i need to convert in three formats EML, PST & MSG which this tool handled like a champ i know there is manual mehtod but its a complex for me and there aren't much tools which works in mac but this does work in mac as well so i can vouch for this.
