Is it possible to disable the Outlook Splash Screen?

Alan
This is quite easy.
Just open Outlook shortcut's properties and select Run: Minimized on Shortcut tab. That's it!
Thanks, I was hoping it could be done in normal view but minimised is better than nothing.
Unfortunately, there is no way to do that in normal view :(
