Thierry CONTI,
It is visible on the first picture that the add-in is inactive. You need to enable it. To do this press the Atteindre... button on the bottom of the page, select the add-in and press Ok button.
The 2 and 3 means that you have installed Outlook 2013 Click-To-Run version. Please use the add-in from Outlook or install a full version of Office 2013.

Hello,
Thank you for the information but when I clic to "Atteindre".
A window opens at:
C: \ Users \ Thierry \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft \ AddIns
And then there is no file.
It is where the file to select?
Thank you in advance,
Thierry

Titi,
There should a window be opened with add-ins.
Please try to use an instruction from Microsoft How to enable inactive add-ins:

How to Move Emails Between Folders in Outlook You can create Outlook rules to automatically allocate emails to new folders. But to relocate messages and change the folder structure, Outlook does not offer automated tools. Let's see how you can move or copy emails manually and in an alternative manner.
MBOX vs EML File Format This article will look at the two most common formats for saving single emails or an entire mailbox folder in separate files. Let's see what the difference is between MBOX and EML and how to change one format to the other.
MBOX vs MSG File Format Files for saving email messages and other data from the mailbox differ in format. The file format you choose depends on your file contents and email client. Let's take a look at two of them: MBOX and Outlook MSG.
MSG vs PST File Format The email file format can vary. It depends primarily on the email client where the files are created. But even the same email client can use different file types, depending on the content. Let's see what is the difference between MSG and PST, the two main Microsoft Outlook file formats, and how you can change one format to the other.
PST vs MBOX File Format Different email clients use different data file types to save and migrate the mail. Two of the most well-known file formats for working with message databases are PST and MBOX. Let's see how these data files differ and how you can change one format to another.
