To export/import Outlook folder structure:
Export: Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export > Export to a file > Outlook Data File (.pst). Select the folders to export.
Import: Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export > Import from another program or file > Outlook Data File (.pst). Choose the exported file and import the folders.
