bkstuart10 Messages: 1 Registration: 4/29/2011	#2 4/29/2011 6:49 PM I have used the utils to export categories from Outlook 2003 on and XP Pro desktop the the xml file it creates. I thne copied the file to anohter desktop with WIn 7, 64 bit and Outlook 2010, 32bit. When i tried to import with the import categories util it gave me error that it could not import and no other info. ANyyone know what i need to look for or try next? thanks

I'm using Outlook 2010 on my desktop, and use mutliple color coded categories on my calendar. However, when logging in to my laptop none of the categories show up. I'm assuming the "Export Master Category List" utility addresses this issue? I've downloaded the utility, but don't know what to do next. Is there a tutorial on the Outlook Freeware site to walk me through this, or can someone help?
