Duplicate Entries Created in Outlook Ribbon, Upgrading from 2.1 to 2.2 created duplicate entries in OutlookFreeware.com Ribbon
Hi guys

Great freeware !!!

I have upgraded from 2.1 to 2.2 and encountered the following issue:

I now have the old add in entries and the new ones listed in the favourites panel on the OutlookFreeware.com tab in my Outlook Ribbon.

I am running Windows 7 and Office 2010 and followed the following steps during upgrade:

1. installed new version runtime
2. installed individual add-ins

Dean, thank your for the info! Try to click Customize button on the ribbon and then just click OK.
Sorry, no luck they are still there...

I have tried using the stand-alone utility as well to remove the duplicate entries.

Are the add-in entries saved as registry entries or an XML file I can edit?
Dean Kruger
Yes, there is a registry key:
You can completely delete it. After that you will need to re-configure and re-mark as favorites your utilities.

Problem Resolved !!!
