Feature request: Rename attachments in Message Composition window

Many times I want to forward an email with an attachment, but I may want to rename the attachment depending on the audience. There is no way to do this in the Outlook Message composition window. I would like a feature that maybe opened a window that lists the attachment names in text fields that allows the user to rename the attachments (at least the filename portion and not the extension).
