You cannot directly change the subject line of emails that have already been sent or received. To modify it, you can forward the email to yourself and edit the subject before sending, or use email clients that allow adding notes or tags for context. For unsent drafts, simply edit the subject before sending. This ensures your email organization or labeling reflects your preferred subject line without altering the original sent message.
