If you search on Google you will come up with many third-party software that you can use to convert OST to MBOX. Unfortunately, most of them don't work.

And, follow the simple process of exporting OST mailboxes to PST. Initially, tap on Files tab >Open & Export and press Import & Export option. Select Export to a file>> Next. Next, go to the second option and click on Outlook Data File (.pst) then press Next. Select the folder of your with to export and then click Next. To save the new PST file, search the path and select the options for the same items. You can also choose a different method for migrating OST to PST as shown below: Method 2: Save OST emails to PST using Archiving Method Outlook emails from OST files are saved to a separate PST file when Archiving is enabled. Saving the old mailbox things in the archive folder also helps to keep the mailbox size at an optimal level. Follow the simple measures below: Start the Outlook application. Visit File tab >Options.
