Tim, how to you run the tool? In Outlook or using standalone launcher application?

Stephen, yes it is possible. Just copy all installation folder's content (you can see it in standalone launcher shortcut's properties) to your flash drive. Please note that you'll need to have Outlook installed on target machines in order the product to work.

Henk, if you want to use our utilities to perform migration, you will need to add both of your accounts to Outlook. The you'll be able to export all messages from one account by using Export Messages to MSG Format utility and then Import Messages from MSG Format back. Or just copy folders manually.

radar, can you please provide 2-3 samples of these duplicates? Just save them as .MSG using Outlook File -> Save As menu to some folder, pack it using ZIP or any other packer and send this archive to support@outlookfreeware.com. We'll try to find the cause of the issue.

Daniel, it will be great to identify the offending file. We'll be able to fix this issue then. In order to identify the file, you can do the following:
- Split you folder with EML files into 2 subfolders by moving half of EMLs to one of subfolders and the remaining 50% to the other.
- Run the tool importing EMLs from first subfolder.
- If it crashes, split this subfolder into 2 subfolders again, if not - split the other subfolder.
- Repeat from step 2 until you get one file only (it will take about 10 iterations).
Once you identified the offending file, please send it to support@outlookfreeware.com and we will try to fix the issue.

Igor, thank you for your suggestion! We'll definitely implement this feature in the next version of our tool. Many of our users asked for it.

Mike, actually Outlook shows BCC for sent messages. But this is true for your messages only. You can't see other sender's BCC. You can't also see BCC if you Sent folder in an IMAP folder. To workaround IMAP issue, use local Sent Items folder.

Alexander, in order to preserve Outlook folder structure you need all your emails placed in correct file system folders (you can see the sample by exporting your Outlook messages to EML/MSG format using our tool). This related to MBOX too. You need MBOX for each Thunderbird folder placed to separate directory on your drive.
