Useful utility for fast search and export all Master Category Lists from selected Outlook profile. Grab it and use it.

Nov 24, 2010 Jubilee! We're 50 utilities old now :-)
51 to be more accurate. Anyway, the first milestone passed and now we have a road to 100 open!
We continue to improve and expand the collection and happy to introduce you several new utilities "problem solvers".
You can now unblock stucked outgoing messages in one click. Need to delete unused empty folders? Click - done. You can also clean message subjects removing all this "Re:", "Fw:", "Fwd:", ... garbage in one click.
And as usual we have a new helpful report for you. This time it is a report on Outlook folders.

From now you can easily do a bulk categorization of Outlook messages with Categorize Messages. Export and import of message, storage and master categories is now easier than ever with a special toolset.
And just for fun, enjoy Most Frequently Used Categories report.
We also updated our runtime which fixes all known issues for the moment.

2 GB Outlook storage size inconvenience? Archive PST is too large? Now you have an answer: Split Storage tool. Also it is possible now to remove required headers using Delete Headers in about one-click action. For those who do not want to remove duplicates we created a brand new Mark Message Duplicates utility. To increase attached e-mail handling productivity we have Save Attached Messages and Items handy tool for you.
The last for today but not the least: comprehensive Storage Report.
