We added three more utilities for managing properties (fields) of Outlook storages: Save All Storage Properties, Set Storage Property and Delete Storage Properties. These utilities are similar to utilities for processing fields of Outlook folders and items but work with mailboxes, data files (PSTs) and other storages connected to Outlook.

We also updated all other utilities to version 3.6. This update provides many enhancements and recommended to all users of our utilities and add-ins!

We represent you a new interesting utility: Import Documents and Files. With the help of this tool you can load any documents, images and other files right into Outlook folders.

In addition, we've updated and improved lots of other utilities, including tools to find and remove duplicates.

We are proud to announce that from now on, more than hundreds of free utilities and add-ins for Microsoft Outlook at your service! Let's talk about new utilities. Find Duplicate Attachments allows you to find messages that contain duplicated attachments and assign them specific categories suitable for manual work with duplicates. Remove Duplicate Attachments replaces all duplicate attachments with links, leaving in your mailbox only original instance. A Duplicate Attachments Report will help you to assess how much space is occupied by duplicate attachments in your Outlook folders.

Several unique tools to work with the properties of Outlook folders. Save Folder Properties writes all properties of the selected Outlook folders to a text file. Set Folder Property enables you to set the value of the specified property. Delete Folder Properties removes specified in Outlook folders.

In addition, we updated all other Outlook utilities and Runtime to version 3.4. This update improves the stability and performance of all of our utilities, and fixes all the bugs that have been discovered so far.

We're proud to announce that it is now possible lightning fast configuration of AutoArchive settings for Outlook folders in batch mode with the Set Folder AutoArchive Settings utility. The same speed and convenience is available for AutoArchive settings and expiration dates in Outlook messages with the Set Message Archiving Settings utility. Everything with a single click of a mouse!

As usual, we provide supplementing Folder AutoArchive Report and Message AutoArchive and Expiration Report as well.

All other Utilities and Runtime got major update to version 3.3 that fixes all issues found to the moment and increases product performance.

We have several new utilities for every Outlook user.

Sort Message Recipients allows you to sort all message recipients alphabetically with a single mouse click. Copy or Move Outlook Items helps to easily copy or move many messages, contacts, appointments, tasks and other Outlook items from different storages and folders to the specified Outlook folder. Headers Report will show you what headers and properties of Outlook items takes spaces in your mailboxes. And one more report Message Statistics by Hour complements our package of statistical reports on email messages.

And yes, now we have over 90 free add-ins for Microsoft Outlook!

All our utilities are updated to version 3.0! This update improves compatibility with Outlook 2013 and Office 365 as well as with Windows 8.1. Our utilities work better and faster now. Some of them provides new features and enhancements. We also fixed all issues found to the moment.

In addition, we present several new utilities. Export Contacts to VCF Format allows you to save any Outlook contacts to VCard format. Outlook Address Report and Address Book Report provide comprehensive reports on your addresses and address books. All types of Outlook address books are supported including Exchange / Office 365 Global Address List (GAL).

We're glad to announce that 2.5 update is available for all our Utilities as well as for OutlookFreware.com Runtime. Now they're fully compatible with Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 and Microsoft Windows 8. As usual we provide support for both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) editions.

All issues found to the moment are fixed in the latest update as well. We highly recommend this update for all users of our products.
