This update improves the compatibility with recent Microsoft Outlook 365 versions and introduces two new utilities:

• Import PST File copies the contents of your PST data files into Outlook and Office 365 even faster and better than Outlook built-in function.
• Split PST File is a quick and safe way to break large Outlook PST data files into smaller pieces.

In addition, the updated Split Outlook Store utility allows you to break into pieces any Outlook and Office 365 stores like mailboxes, data files, etc. Advanced versions of our utilities got the new macros and macro formats.

This update significantly improves the performance and introduces three new utilities:

• Convert MSG to PDF and Convert EML to PDF transform files from Outlook MSG, EML и EMLX formats to Adobe PDF. These two utilities complement the Export Outlook to PDF.
• Export Emails from Messages to Auto-Complete saves email addresses from Outlook messages to NK2 or XML autocomplete list cache files.

Advanced versions of utilities allow you to take the raw macro values enabling you to insert HTML code snippets into message bodies.

The new big update is fully compatible with Microsoft Office Outlook 2019 and provides eight new utilities:

• Export Outlook Messages to PDF Files converts Outlook email to Adobe PDF documents, saves attachments and downloads external images if needed.
• Merge PST Files combines multiple PST Outlook data files into one and allows you to limit the maximum size of the resulting PST file.
• Delete Outlook Items permanently removes or moves to "Deleted Items" messages, contacts, appointments, meetings and other items in multiple Outlook folders at once.
• Set Default Outlook Folders Changes location of Outlook system folders, such as "Archive", "Contacts", "Inbox", etc. And Report on Default Outlook Folders shows the list and location of Outlook system folders in the selected mailboxes, PST data files and other Outlook stores.
• Three universal reports on Outlook Items, Outlook Folders and Outlook mailboxes and PST data files convert emails, contacts, calendars and other Outlook items to CSV files and get the lists of any property and field values of Outlook mailboxes, data files, folders and items.

In addition, the advanced version provides the command line and enables automatic processing of outgoing messages, adds new macros (STORE, FOLDER, FIELD and BODY), and expands the capabilities of all macros with regular expressions.

In addition, we'd like to introduce three new utilities for creating PST data files: Outlook MSG to PST and EML to PST converters and MBOX to PST converter supporting Gmail labels and Google Takeout files.

In the next major update, we added three new utilities that support HTML format for the email message files. In addition, all the utilities on our site now allow you to work with the root folders of your mailboxes and PST data files. We also improved compatibility with the latest Microsoft Outlook updates and fixed all issues found to the moment.

The new Export Messages to HTML Files utility saves your email messages from Outlook to HTML files retaining original formatting, the Convert Messages from MSG to HTML utility converts Outlook MSG files to HTML files on your disk or network share, and the Convert Messages from EML to HTML tool converts email message files from EML and EMLX format to HTML files.

In the update, we improved the compatibility of our utilities with the latest versions of Outlook and Office 365, fixed any bugs found, and added three new utilities to find and remove unused Outlook contacts.

The Find Unused Contacts utility finds and tags with a category Outlook contacts that are not used in your email conversations, Remove Unused Contacts will help you easily remove these contacts, and Unused Contacts Report quickly shows you a list of contacts with email addresses you're not using at all.

In the new major update 4.5, we've added five new utilities for extracting and removing attachments of MSG, EML and MBOX files. In addition, we've significantly improved the performance and reliability of all the utilities on our website. Verified on millions of email messages!

Save Attachments from MSG Files, Save Attachments from EML Files and Save Attachments from MBOX Files utilities extract attachments from MSG, EML and MBOX files saving them to the specified location on your disk or network share. And Remove Attachments from MSG Files and Remove Attachments from EML Files delete attachments in MSG and EML files. In general, the utility package is useful for reducing the space occupied by your email archives: save attachments and delete them from message files.
