New features include the Convert TNEF to MSG utility: Winmail.dat, ATT00001.dat and other TNEF attachments decoder to .msg files. After the conversion you can easily open resulting MSG files in Outlook.

The new utility this time is an Outlook Message Statistics Report.

We also improved compatibility of all our utilities working with Adobe PDF format with the latest Microsoft Office versions.

Version 4.17 is the recommended update. It contains all the necessary fixes to be as compatible as possible with the latest Outlook versions. Now there are 172 free utilities available on our website for every Outlook user, including 10 new utilities:

Utilities for importing EML to Outlook, converting EML to PST and other EML to MSG/PDF/HTML converters got support for OLK14MSGSource and OLK15MSGSource formats.

New macro features of advanced version include support for more utilities, new ADDRESS macro allowing you to show the Outlook Address Book entry being currently processed and COMPANY format for address macros like TO, FROM, etc.

• Import PST File copies the contents of your PST data files into Outlook and Office 365 even faster and better than Outlook built-in function.
• Split PST File is a quick and safe way to break large Outlook PST data files into smaller pieces.

In addition, the updated Split Outlook Store utility allows you to break into pieces any Outlook and Office 365 stores like mailboxes, data files, etc. Advanced versions of our utilities got the new macros and macro formats.

• Convert MSG to PDF and Convert EML to PDF transform files from Outlook MSG, EML и EMLX formats to Adobe PDF. These two utilities complement the Export Outlook to PDF.
• Export Emails from Messages to Auto-Complete saves email addresses from Outlook messages to NK2 or XML autocomplete list cache files.

Advanced versions of utilities allow you to take the raw macro values enabling you to insert HTML code snippets into message bodies.

In addition, the advanced version provides the command line and enables automatic processing of outgoing messages, adds new macros (STORE, FOLDER, FIELD and BODY), and expands the capabilities of all macros with regular expressions.

The new Export Messages to HTML Files utility saves your email messages from Outlook to HTML files retaining original formatting, the Convert Messages from MSG to HTML utility converts Outlook MSG files to HTML files on your disk or network share, and the Convert Messages from EML to HTML tool converts email message files from EML and EMLX format to HTML files.

The Find Unused Contacts utility finds and tags with a category Outlook contacts that are not used in your email conversations, Remove Unused Contacts will help you easily remove these contacts, and Unused Contacts Report quickly shows you a list of contacts with email addresses you're not using at all.

Save Attachments from MSG Files, Save Attachments from EML Files and Save Attachments from MBOX Files utilities extract attachments from MSG, EML and MBOX files saving them to the specified location on your disk or network share. And Remove Attachments from MSG Files and Remove Attachments from EML Files delete attachments in MSG and EML files. In general, the utility package is useful for reducing the space occupied by your email archives: save attachments and delete them from message files.

Three new tools for importing and converting MBOX files are now available. Import Outlook Messages from MBOX Files imports email messages from MBOX files into Outlook folders and handles multiple files at once. Convert MBOX Files to Outlook MSG and Convert MBOX to EML Files utilities convert MBOX files to Outlook's native MSG format and to commonly used EML files.

In addition, please meet three new utilities that simplify Outlook folder permissions setup: Set Folder Permissions and Delete Folder Permissions configure permissions for specified users on selected folders, and Folder Permissions Report shows all configured permissions in a one single convenient table.
