Nov 21, 2016 New utilities and version 4.3

We updated all utilities to version 4.3. This version improves compatibility with latest Office 365 updates and fixes all issues found to the moment.

In addition, please meet three new utilities that simplify Outlook folder permissions setup: Set Folder Permissions and Delete Folder Permissions configure permissions for specified users on selected folders, and Folder Permissions Report shows all configured permissions in a one single convenient table.

May 30, 2016 Huge update for all utilities, we provide more than 120 of them now!

We're happy to announce that all utilities were updated to version 4.2. They're now even more faster and easier to use! We also added six new tools.

Mail Merge with Attachments creates mass mailings using your data table. Unlike Microsoft Word Mail Merge feature, our utility allows you to add attachments. Export Outlook Folder Structure and Import Outlook Folder Structure saves your folder tree into XML file and allows you to create the same structure in other mailboxes or data files. Change Contact Fields changes display fields of your Outlook contacts according to your preferences. Message Response Time Statistics shows your productivity when working with emails and Email Message Report creates a list of messages you can save and open in Microsoft Excel.

We are pleased to announce that all our products are updated to 4.0 version. Now all utilities work better, faster and more reliable. As usual, along with update meet new tools!

Brand new Backup Outlook Folders utility makes a backup copy of your mailboxes and PST data files quickly, in one mouse click. It archives all of your Outlook items from all selected folders. Send Outlook Message utility boosts your productivity. It enables you to send an e-mail message in one click. The new Message Statistics by Name of Month report complements the group of reports on sent and received emails in Outlook, showing the number and volume of messages grouped by names of the months.

We updated all utilities to 3.8 version. This update improves compatibility with Microsoft Office 365 and resolves all issues found to the moment.

In addition to previously published Delete Outlook Subfolders and Delete Empty Outlook Folders, we would like to introduce a new Delete Outlook Folders utility that deletes all selected folders at once in a fast and easy way.

We are now announcing full compatibility of all our utilities with preview versions of Windows 10 and Outlook 2016!

In addition, we present several new utilities for working with Outlook auto-complete lists (cache), created according to your numerous suggestions. Export Contacts to Auto-Complete Files allows you to save contacts from Outlook directly into XML or NK2 auto-complete cache files. Export Addresses to Auto-Complete Files does the same job, but for any Outlook addresses and address books. Import Contacts from Auto-Complete Files creates Outlook contacts from auto-complete files. Finally, Auto-Complete Files Report will show what auto-complete files used in your system and where they reside.

Apr 28, 2015 Export, import and convert Outlook auto-complete cache lists

We are glad to present you new utilities for working with Outlook AutoComplete list cache. These tools will help you to backup, edit and transfer your AutoComplete lists to another computer.

Export Auto-Complete Lists will save Outlook 2010 (and above) auto-complete lists to XML format, allowing you to store it or edit with any text editor including Windows Notepad. Import Auto-Complete List loads lists from previously stored XML files into your Outlook. Convert Auto-Complete Files allows you to export NK2 and DAT auto-complete cache files of any Outlook versions to XML format as well as to convert these files between formats. Finally, Auto-Complete Lists Report will show you the contents of all auto-complete lists in your Outlook accounts.

In addition, we've updated all other utilities and the Runtime to version 3.7, fixing all the bugs and improving performance.
